For some  of the women who want to gain weight quickly, it is not possible  overnight and they shall need to work very hard.  The two most important  things that women need to do is to eat the right food in correct  proportions and at the right time and most importantly “exercising”.</p>
<p>Eating right doesn’t mean sitting idle the whole day and eating junk  food. But it means eating nutritious and healthy food. That is having a  correct proportion of fats, carbohydrates and proteins along with  correct amount of roughage.<span id="more-144"></span></p>
<p>In order to gain a good amount of fatty acids and can be gained from  what we call the 3 omega fatty acids. These cannot be produced by the  human body. These are present in fish and other marine species such as  krill. they are also available in plants such as walnuts .</p>
<p>In order to have a nutritious diet it is very important to include a  good amount of carbohydrates in the diet. This is utilized in our day to  day activities and helps in keeping the body active. Carbohydrates can  be essentially found in whole grains.</p>
<p>Proteins can be consumed from poultry products and lean meat. It is  very essential to include a substantial amount of protein in your diet.  Proteins are essentially utilized in building and repairing of the body  tissues. They are also used in the production of proteins and enzymes.</p>
<p>One can also include these in their diet by taking them in the form  of supplements such as drinks or supplementary pills. These can be  purchased from any medical store.</p>

Apart from eating they need to work  out on a regular basis. This would increase the metabolism the body and  one shall gain tendency to eat more. <p>It is said that gaining weight is way easier than loosing it. All one  needs to gain weight is to eat and exercise. A body looks best which  has an ideal weight .So one should neither be overweight nor under  weight. An ideal body can only be achieved by putting in a little hard  work.</p>
