<p>A nutritional diet is all about nutrition and no junk food .To have a  balanced nutritional diet all you have to do is to eat food whose  constituent is healthy fats like omega 3 fatty acids which are easily  available in salmon, walnuts and flax.</p>
<p>You will have increase your food intake by eating 5 to 6 meals a day  with each meal comprising of proteins which you can get through lean  meats, nuts seeds etc and carbohydrates which can be found in whole  grains, fruits and vegetables. Other than that supplement drinks and  protein food are also available which you can consume with or without  your meal any time of the day.  It can also be consumed with combination  of flax seed oil and mycelium powder in to it to get omega 3 fatty  acids.<span id="more-135"></span></p>
<p><strong>Bodybuilding</strong></p>
<p>From the diet part we come to bodybuilding. Resistance training is a  part of bodybuilding which helps you in increasing your muscle size by  forcing your muscles to work harder. Some examples this training are  cycling, aerobics, running and if you are member of a gym or you have  equipment at home then weight lifting can also be done.</p>
<p>Ideal timings for exercise are 20 minutes but people interested in  gaining weight should try to sweat it out for 1 to 2 hours daily. After  workout your muscles need some rest so you should keep in mind to  provide ample rest. It might take little time to gain weight, which you  are expecting if you are underweight so be patient and your hard work  will get you the expected results.</p>
<p>The main task is not getting an ideal weight but to maintain .Since  it takes a watchful eye to monitor your calorie intake and you are the  best to judge the amount is correct or not. Still if you have some  doubts about your diet there are books available and there are many  online websites from which you can download related information.</p>
<p>It just takes slight mistakes and getting a bit loose to get off  track by consuming some unhealthy food in the diet like chicken nuggets,  fish sticks etc. Instead try to eat smart and if you want consume a  larger portion like baked chicken or fish instead of chicken nuggets or  fish sticks.</p>
<p>Your every meal must be composed of proteins and 2 to 3 servings of  vegetables mostly the green ones as they have lot of vitamins. And to  satisfy your thirst, drink plenty of water which you sweated out during  workout, milk or fruit juices are fine as well. Avoid sodas, since they  don’t provide any nutritional value. If you want to do weight program,  get to a trainer who will plan your workouts and will help you in  obtaining your objective and later on you can increase the weights to  make things more challenging.</p>
