From the diet part we come to bodybuilding. Resistance training is a part of bodybuilding which helps you in increasing your muscle size by forcing your muscles to work harder. Some examples this training are cycling, aerobics, running and if you are member of a gym or you have equipment at home then weight lifting can also be done.
Ideal timings for exercise are 20 minutes but people interested in gaining weight should try to sweat it out for 1 to 2 hours daily. After workout your muscles need some rest so you should keep in mind to provide ample rest. It might take little time to gain weight, which you are expecting if you are underweight so be patient and your hard work will get you the expected results.

Your every meal must be composed of proteins and 2 to 3 servings of vegetables mostly the green ones as they have lot of vitamins. And to satisfy your thirst, drink plenty of water which you sweated out during workout, milk or fruit juices are fine as well. Avoid sodas, since they don’t provide any nutritional value. If you want to do weight program, get to a trainer who will plan your workouts and will help you in obtaining your objective and later on you can increase the weights to make things more challenging.
