A dietitian can be of great help in managing your day to day diet plan but you will have to make know how to maintain a balanced diet and keep a watch on the amount of calories you intake. This can be done through online or through books and by dividing the required amount you need daily in our meals it is advisable to eat 5 to 6 small meals than 3 full meals so you feel light and energetic.
Now lets take up the type of exercises you will need .This depends on your body type its better to take the advice of your doctor so you can know which exercises are safe for you. You can try aerobics, jogging, cycling etc if you are in good shape, if you have joined a gym or do these exercises at home you can look for anaerobic exercises similar to above mentioned ones can help you add up weight.
If you get in shape after some time and have attained that ideal shape and weight, then don’t stop there rather try to maintain it to avoid getting over/underweight.
