Short and intense compound workout is the only fast way for teenagers to gain weight. There is no other efficient way.

This concept is not that easy to grasp, especially when you are reading those glossy articles in the magazines where different bodybuilders pose their body pictures and give you suggestions like what a perfect workout should be! These workouts, usually, consists of quite high volume split practice exercises of 10 – 20 and even more per body part carried out 5 – 6 times a week. According to them, this works! These magazines are actually owned by supplement industries that advertise their product and want their product to get sold. These products are usually expensive but generally useless. To make you get attracted to it, they take advantage of the allure and glamour of pictures portraying body builders. The bodybuilders also give their lengthy routines alongside. These routines work for them because they use drugs that enhance their growth abilities and natural recovery, and not for a natural human like you or me.

So teenagers beware and especially if you are skinny one, you should never get into this nonsense as it will lead to only frustration and failure!

To gain weight fast for teenagers your workouts should contain short full body exercises based on compound workouts of few sets per body part done 2 – 3 times a week. Then a proper rest should follow this with an appropriate nutritional plan. Do not believe on those magazines and take excess of supplements, you certainly won’t require them. So you save a lot of money.

If you think the muscle magazines are all correct, you are free to do so, but at your own risk. I am saying you this because, I too used to follow them and I know what it likes to be doing workouts in gyms. Most guys certainly end over training and spinning the wheels will have nothing to show except puzzled look on their faces. Have you ever thought how gymnasts develop an awesome physique in spite of not using any weight? Yes, it is possible to kick off your muscle growth using simple body compound exercises that can be performed anywhere without using any equipment.

So do not to waste your time in useless lengthy training routines. Gaining weight is much simpler and healthier than those magazines claim. If you follow them you will end up in frustration and body injuries.
